Recipes for Heart Patients: Vegetarian Chili in 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

(2) 16 ounce cans chili beans
(3) 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
(1) 16 ounce can diced tomatoes
(1) whole chopped sweet onion
(1) whole chopped green bell pepper
(1) whole chopped red bell pepper
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 minced garlic clove
2 tsp chili powder


Directions:

Dice the onion and bell peppers. Mince the garlic clove. Mix all the ingredients in a medium-sized pot. Simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
