Below is a list of low-cholesterol foods arranged in groups: carbohydrates, proteins, dairy, fats, sweet treats and snacks. Make your goal to add a few more of these foods onto your weekly grocery list each week.

The foods on this list are either low in cholesterol and/or able to help your body raise good cholesterol. Following a cholesterol-lowering diet means eating foods without lots of it and eating foods that can help to get lower LDL (the bad stuff) while raising HDL (the good stuff).
